hi,
yes you can go for b.tech course after completing you b,sc.
you need to appear in lateral entry exam test like jelet, upsee, or odisha lateral entry exam or any other state lateral entry exam, to get admission in btech course. lateral students join b.tech course from second year, thus need to study 3 years of b.tech course. however nits and iits have no scheme for diploma or bsc students for admission in b.tech course.
