Hi Aspirant,
Yes, you can pursue Engineering after GTTC. By GTTC , I assume you are referring that you have pursued Diploma in Tool and Die Making. So now you can take up lateral entry in an Engineering programme. There are almost all the colleges which offer Engineering course after 12th offers the courses for Diploma holders too from 2nd year of Engineering.
