You can register for AIQ & state quota for both of the counselling. There is free exit in the first round counselling but in In the second round counselling if you do not join the alloted college then for the Government colleges you need to pay Rs. 10,000 & Rs. 2,000,00 for the Deemed universities which will be adjust at the time of admission in the further round.
