Hi aspirant,
You can go out off the college during lectures, but however you need to maintain atleast 60% attendance during yoir semester/year. In case it is below 60% you will not be allowed to attendance final exam. Also if you go out then it is better if you provide valid reason well in advance so you won't face any more trouble.
