Yes you can still get admission in B. Sc Nursing without applying for medical entrance examination also.

Eligibility criteria for getting admission in the samaraitan college of nursing is to pass 10+2 or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent. You should have obtained a minimum of 50% Aggregate.
Even though you hadn't registered for Keam/NEET you can get admissions in the college.
