Can I have a brief explanation and difference between B.des and M.des course?

see only difference between B.Des and M.Des is
1.Bachelors of design is an under graduate course while master of design is a post graduate course
2. B.des can be pursued right after completing your 10+2 from any recognized board while to pursue M.Des you need to hold a bachelors degree first in relevant stream
that are all differences between them

BDes, Bachelor in Design is an undergraduate course offered by NID whereas MDes, Master’s in Design is a post-graduate course.
Both are different in their own ways. If you want to make a prominent career in design, go for BDes. And if you wanted to pursue an under-grad degree, but couldn’t or you wish to master in design, go for MDes.
