Can I hold seats both in state quota and AIQ quota in first round and move for 2 round, in both, If go for upgradation in both places .

Hello,
According to me.. Yes, you can do that!!! But i think there is no need to do like this. Because you might get good college in state quota rather than All India Quota.
So, why you might do that!!!
Taking admission in both the colleges will not benefit you in any way, because you can study in only one of them!!!!
