can i know round 2 of state quota seat allotment include govt seats

>>In State Quota NEET UG Counselling 85 percentage of Government Colleges seats and 100 percentage Private Colleges seats are filled.

>>In Round 1 of State Quota NEET UG Counselling all 85 percentage Government Colleges seats and 100 percentage Private Colleges seats will be available. To fill vacant seats or for Upgradtion of seats Round 2 of Counselling is conducted. In most of the cases Government Colleges seats will be available if there are vacant seats or students opt for Upgradtion of their Government College seats.
