Yes, sure you can know what is the best book for neet 2020. With my personal experience i would suggest you to thoroughly go through ncert books because its the tonic to neet. In biology section you can easily score more than 330 (estimated). If you have seriously gone throgh ncert then you can crack neet with ease. Other than ncert which is highly recomended go with Arihant's chapterwise 31 years solved question papers for each biology, physics and chemistry. I hope this is helpful to you .
