Can i migrate from zakhir husain evening to zakhir hussain morning college in 2nd year for bcom hons?

There is no way to migrate even if you score as high as you can or even if you get Noc from the morning shift or any other college. The administration simply doesn't allow migration in Zhc (eve) and they must have told you that at the time of admission and it is there in the prospectus too. No matter what you do they wont allow it.

Migration in third semester is a tedious job. Following procedure needs to be kept in mind while thinking of migration:

• availability of seats in the college you want admission in.
• passing in both 1 and 2 sem
• meeting the cut off of the respective college you want admission in, which sometimes frankly looks like made up at that moment only.
• NOC from principals of both the colleges
• note: you cannot migrate to a different course

Dear student, you can definitely migrate to morning shift of Zakir Hussain College from evening shift. For this, you need to contact the principal of both shifts and get a No Objection Certificate from both of them. Mostly principal of accepting colleges agrees only when you have over 7 CGPA in your first year.
