can I opt for BTP as graduation course with ncc ?

Dear student,
Yes, you can opt for NCC through 3 years or 4 years degree program. You can opt BTP sa graduation course with NCC. If your college does not have NCC wing then also you can opt for NCC. On voluntery basis NCC takes regular students from school or college.
