Can I participate in the final round of eamcet counselling for a better course without foregoing the amount already paid in the first roumd?

Following candidates will be eligible to participate in the subsequent rounds of AP eamcet counselling
1. Who were alloted a seat but did not accept the same2. Those who could not secure any seat in the first round of ap eamcet .
3. Those who did not excercise option entry so far but got their certificate verified.
4. Those who secured seats but are aspiring a better option
5. Those who have not reported at the Institute or reported but cancelled their allotment.
Candidates are also allowed to participate in second and third round of ap eamcet counselling irrespective of their participation in prior rounds
