So, according to your question, I'm really sorry to tell you that you cannot change your category any longer because not just the exams are over, the results are out too, and the counseling has started as well , so it's not really possible to change your category anymore. But if it's the case that you mentioned the category and even produced the certificate to prove that, and inspite of that you have general category on your rank card now, then you should speak to the authorities, it's not really likely to happen though.
