Can I quit the college after allotment or resign the seat for all India counselling 1st ROUND and go directly to state counselling

ya you can quit the college before you take admission once the admisssion you cannot take the councelling while comes state and All india . yes you can quit national go ahead with state councelling but ake sure before you pay the fee you will have ability to take thecouncelling
