What's the procedure to quit the seat(/college) alloted to me in the 1st round of All India counselling and how does the refund work?

Hey Ragini,
You have successfull alloted seat and you paid the fee but you want to refund your fee
Just wait , they will publish a form for refunding and you will get your money after some month!
