You can read 2nd PUC as a private candidate directly.

For authentic information to read 2nd PUC as a private candidate you have to click on the the official website of Karnatak PUC board where you can register yourself as a candidate of the same.

Notification has been issued for online registration both for the second PUC regular and private candidates.
