Can i register for phase 2 counsellig of Manipal directly as i have not registered for phase 1?

No, You cannot register for Phase 2 counselling of Manipal directly.
Following your appearance for the first round of MET seat allocation, a second round will commence if you did not receive a seat, and a third round will start if you did not receive a seat in round 2.
