    Yes, you can register for second round of Maharashtra  NEET counselling even if you haven't done it in round one, directorate of medical education is the conducting authority for this,  as of now there is no official information announced pertaining to the details regarding second counselling round, hence stay updated at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/maharashtra-mbbs-counselling
