Hey Keshav.
The Registration process of CMAT Commenced from November 1, 2019. The last date for Registration is on Friday, December 7, 2018 and the last date to pay registration fee and upload scanned documents is December 8, 2018. Hence, you cannot submit the form anytime after 7th even with late fees.
