Can I submit undertaking form instead of category certificate on fourth phase of JEE mains. As my category certificate is not available now????

Hello,
NTA demands a cast category certificate issued a year back from the date of application, if you have an older certificate then you can submit it for the update through the authority,
If due to the pandemic the process is taking time then you can issue an affidavit to compensate for a limited time duration.
NTA requires the cast certificate which should be issued by state or preferably by central government.
In the affidavit its mentioned that after how much time you will submit the renewed documents, so try to submit it before that day,
