Can I take admission in bds in 2018 and then switch to bhms and take admission there in same year that is 2018

To cancel the allotted medical seats, the last date was 21/08/2018. If you cancel the seat after the given date and time, the entire fee paid will be forfeited so I would not suggest you to switch the seat now.

If you have given NEET 2018, then through your neet score you are eligible for taking admission in BHMS Course.

Firstly, You need to contact the college in which you have taken admission about the cancelation of your seat. Then you need to apply for BHMS Counseling to take admission in this course.
