Yes, you can change the stream from Civil to CSE. While filling the application form you have to opt for CSE. However, last year Jaypee has not held admission for B.Tech lateral entry. Therefore we don't know whether this year they will take lateral entry or not. For this, I would suggest you to contact the college and confirm the same.
