Yes you can do that admission session is open till August. Still you can clear your doubts related to admission through wp 738.11.799.72.

No KIIT University does not take admission through JEE Mains rank. The Admission Cell would be able to help with this. Getting a seat based on your rank has already flown away as you missed the counseling so the best bet is for approaching a Management Quota seat, which may provide little or no merit to your KIITEE rank.
