Can i take CSE without any specialise course, what is the disadvantage. Can i choose an specialisation in a latter semester

There is no problem in doing CSE without specialisation. Courses with specialization is not available in many colleges and so there are many students who do pure Computer Science Engineering.
If you choose CSE and then want to change it with specialization then it depends on the college. If your marks are good and seats are available then you may change it.

Thanks for answering, can you also help to understand the scope of job for doing only cse and specialisation with cse. How will companies recruit without specialisation

In courses with specialization like data analyst, game design, network,iot, graphics etc. the focus is more on specialization and then on related aspects of computer science. So the companies dealing in these fields hire the students.
Whereas for CSE there are many companies who hire engineers for software development, testing etc. A student can do CSE only and then can do a course with specialization. Some companies provide training to the employees for the kind of specialized work they have to do.
