Yes, you can do MBA after  completion ofBSc. As the eligibility criteria for MBA  admission is student should be graduate.MSC gives you good jobs, salary and good career progression, provided you are interested in full time science related work. MBA is useful  when a BSc candidate does not wish to continue in science field. It depends entirely where you wish to work in your life.
