can i take part in second round counselling of neet up of private college if i already registered in first round for government college in uttar pradesh.

Yes, you can take part in second round of counseling of NEET even if you took part or registered for the first one.
Although you should know that if you get admission in the second college, your name automatically Gets struck off or cancelled from the first college and your seat is given to someone else.
