To be eligible to appear in JEE main a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical or vocational subject from a recognised board or university.
So yes you can appear in JEE main if you have studied Mathematics, Physics and Biology in your 10+2.
