    Hello!!!

    You may try submitting the declaration in lieu as the verification of documents will take place at the time of counseling . By that time you can submit the new obc-ncl certificate physically at the centre . If this document doesn't work ,even then you will be allowed to give the advance paper but under general category.

    I am talking about the centre where you will have to go for document verification once you have cleared jee mains and advance. That will be the final stage . At that time you have to submit your final documents physically. That is the counseling process.
