Nope,
You have to renew it. There is a time limit for a certificate. After that time the certificate becomes invalid. So you have to make a new certificate.
You know the process how to make the certificate then just go on and make a new one.
If your certificate is in the valid date then you can use it for sure.

If I have to use the certificate for Jan and april 2020 mains exams then which year certificate should be used?

Hello,
NTA has implemented 10% reservation to Economically Weaker Section candidates in JEE Main 2020. Eligible candidates will have to apply for the reservation by marking themselves as EWS Category candidate in the application form.
No certificate or supporting document has to be uploaded but it will be required at the time of applying for JEE Advanced 2020.
