CAN I USE MY LAST YEAR OBC CERTIFICATE WHICH IS EXPIRED LAST MONTH FOR MY NEET-2022 OR NOT ????

No you cannot use it in the NEET UG 2022 Application form.

OBC-NCL certificate that is to be uploaded in the NEET UG 2022 application form, should have been issued on or after January 1st 2022 according to the latest guidelines of Government of India.

In case you fail to upload it (issued on or after January 1st, 2022) at the time of registration then the OBC candidate has to upload a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of OBC-NCL Certificate as per Appendix - XB in Information bulletin] to that effect. Visit http://www.ncbc.nic.in for the latest guidelines and updates on the Central List of State-wise OBCs.

****** During counselling process there will be a document verification before admission in any college and during that time you should have your latest and original certificate.

Complete NEET UG 2022 Application process is explained below in very easy steps :-

** Very first step is to visit the official website as given above and click on "New registration" button.

** Then you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.

** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.

** Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images.

** Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.

** Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.

Hope you are absolutely great.

So with regard to your query, NO, you cannot use the OBC-NCL certificate that was expired in the last month. You must and should renew it. According to the guidelines provided by the NTA, the OBC-NCL certificate that you are going to submit must be issued only on or after 1 January 2022.

If you do not have such certificate then you can give the declaration form.
