My provisional registration certificate expired on December 2020.Can I use the same expired certificate for registration and submit permanent certificate during counselling?

You can't mentioned above which registation you have. I assume it's medical registration and you want to get admission in post graduation medical course. But it's Ms or MD or MDS you could not mention here.

So 1st of all you have to submit your permanent registration photocopy. And your internship must be completed within March 31st, 2021. And the registration will be MCI approval valid. But you said your registration expired in December 2020. Then sorry to say but you are not eligible for NEET pg 2021 examination dear. You have to renew your registration and approved by the MCI, then you are eligible for NEET pg 2021 examination. Till now NTA mention this notification.
