Hi Aspirant!
No matter in which college you get admission, but almost all the colleges/universities allow students to use the mobile phones inside the campus hostel at least. There are also some colleges in which students are allowed to take their mobile phones to teh premises and even to the classrooms such as DU, DTU, UPES, PDPU etc. But some colleges do not allow the students to take phones inside the campus.
