Yes, I think A printed Tshirt would be fine. However, do make sure it doesnt have full sleeves as those are not allowed. Keep it simple and light,
nothing heavy embroidered or decorated clothing is allowed. No jewellery or metal items are allowed. Wear slippers or open shoes with low heels.
That said, dont focus on the dress code too much.

Yes you can wear any coloured T-shirt in NEET-UG 2019, as per the rules only you have to wear light coloured clothes without having big buttons and badges , with shalwaar or trouser. Now your question is that if you can wear a T-shirt something written on it or not. Well in that case i would say you should wear something without anything written on it maybe it will create some hurdles during entrance. So if you have any other option then go with that. So that it won't create any problem later on.

It is advisable to avoid clothes with any kind of fancy writing, floral prints or clothes wth buttons and brooches.The recommended dress code as per NEET 2019 is salwar and trousers for females.
