Hi janki
As per the guidelines given for the dress code for neet 2019 by the authority. You can't wear a duppta/scarf etc on any kind of dress. As it is not allowed in the examination hall. Also, you need to wear light and simple clothes avoiding any embroidery,big buttons and brooches.
