Can I wear full hand t shirt since I have skin problem at hands

Hi.
I am really sorry to say but you can not wear a t shirt with full sleeves as it is not allowed in NEET-UG exam. Some guidelines are here for you: do not have big buttons in your dress, or any badge, brooches etc.
