No you are not allowed to wear t-shirts for NEET exam .You are advised to kindly stick to the dress code set by NTA for NEET exam which includes shirts with half sleeves as full sleeves are not allowed.You are allowed to wear trousers only .Kurta Pajamas are not allowed.In footwear you can wear slippers or sandals as shoes are not allowed.Avoid clothes having zips,multiple pockets .Do not carry anything else other than your ID proof and admit card for your exams.
