The admission for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs occur through JEE Mains score in consideration. There are also many other colleges that consider JEE Mains score for admission. You can apply for JoSAA through which you can get to NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. But with 68 percentile you may not be able to get into top institutes.
You can expect admission only in private engineering colleges based on your jee mains percentile score through state counselling like NIST, GIET, CV RAMAN, SILICON, etc.Apply for them as soon as possible.
