Is UPES Dehradun a good college? Can I get admission in this college in BTech for CS and IT branches on basis of class 12 marks. What is the difficulty level of UPSEAT exam in comparison to JEE MAINS and cutoffs for CS and IT branches?

According to your marks you can get percentile in between 87.5 - 90.7. So college is not only based on your marks it is also based on your category or state.

If we consider the general situation that you are from general category than it is quite tough to get CSE in any good college.
