can jee be cleared in 5 months from now?

Yes, but it is quite hard to do so.

If you work hard enough, you can make it happen .

I am assuming you are talking about JEE Mains.

1. First of all make a plan and stick to it for the next five months

2. Write atleast three mock tests per month and evaluate yourself thoroughly. This will help you stay calm and focused at the time of the actual exam.

3. Focus on the chapters that are easy for you, do inorganic chemistry from NCERT thoroughly, do statistics, communication systems, fluid mechanics etc.

4. If you have not done concept heavy chapters like GOC, Calculus, don't try to learn it in depth, just focus on the NCERT part of those chapters.

5. Be thorough with NCERT.

6. Solve all previous year questions .

7. Stay calm and focused and do as much as you can.

8. Stop studying new concepts 15 days prior to the exam, focus on thorough revision and mock test evaluation in those days.
