Mop up round is for those Candidates:
- Who have registered in Round 1 or Round 2 but haven't been able to secure a seat
- Who haven't registered for Round 1 or Round 2
Mop Up round is not for those:
- Who have been allotted a seat in Round 1 or Round 2
So if you are allotted a seat in Round 1 or 2 and you have taken admission in that College, you cannot participate in Mop Up round. The rule remains the same for both All India Counselling and State Counselling.
