The seats in Jammu and Kashmir falls under 100% state quota which means only the candidates having the Jammu and Kashmir state domicile are eligible to apply for the seats and through state quota.
It means that no other candidate from anywhere can get admission in Jammu and Kashmir medical college through NEET counselling . All India Quota is not applicable here .
