Yes any other state candidate can definitely take admission in Jaypee Institute of Information Technology Noida through jee mains.

JIIT offers undergraduate and graduate programmes including B.tech, M.tech, MBA, and PHD. It was established in 2001 as a technical institute then declared as a “Deemed to be University” in 2004 by UGC.
