Can outside Karnataka Candidate who belong to SC category can avail SC reservation in KCET?

Thankyou Sir.But i was getting option to fill SC Category in form KCET. As i have studied in Karanataka from 2nd std. to 12th. Also i noted, its no where written that outside karanatak candidate who belong to SC category cant avail SC reservation. But also if i fill General category, and my cast is SC, i should provide my SC caste name right.Please suggest.Thankyou.
