Hello,
PCM students means who are passed 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics. RUHS means rajashthan university of health science. If you want to take admission in Dpharm or Pharm then you can allow as PCM students. But RUHS examination criteria is candidate should be minimum age 17years old and candidate marks in 12th class physics chemistry and biology is minimum 45%. There are mathematics could not mentioned anywhere. If you check their website properly if no restriction will occur in mathematics then you can apply it.
