Can person living in Uttarakhand can appear for WBJEE or MAHA CET?

To make it very simple let me tell you students from all over India are eligible to apply for WBJEE and to get admitted in any college across West Bengal. But there is one thing to be noted that irrespective of your category in your native state or in the central list you will be treated here as a general category. Only the domicile holders are eligible for reservations.
