I you want to know about your possibility of getting admission in govt medical college, then i would like to tell you that, admission in a govt college, is possible through entrance exam in which you have to qualify,
Some of the exams through  which you can get into Govt medical college , some of the exams are
NEET
AIIMS
JIPMER
and some other exams which will be specific to their universities or college's.
For example if you have qualified in NEET then you can get admission in a good Govt college if your score is above 500 to 550 under state quota , and it's more easy to get admission with less marks if you belong to reservation category.
