Hey Harsh,
Yes, you can fill for the same college in AIQ as well as state counseling. Both the counseling are different and has different no. of seats. AIQ will have 15% of the college you will be selecting, whereas state quota will have 85% of it. Though AIQ cut offs for that College will be much higher than the state quota.
