95 percentile basically secures around 43k to 45 k rank for general category. But as you are from obc category, then according to previous years records your rank would be around 3-5 k which comes under top ranks. According to your percentile in JEE Mains, your rank in the common rank list would be around 35k to 45k. Also your category rank in the OBC category list would be around 8k to 9k.
With this rank you have quite some chances of getting a seat in some newer NITs and IIITs for non core branches. You can also get some core branches in the last rounds of counseling.

If you get to know the total number of students who participated in the exam who are OBC ,

you can easily get to know your OBC rank.

However, the OBC rank will be released separately along with the general rank which will let you know the exact rank.
