Well with this rank and score you might have a chance of getting a seat in uttarakhand.
According to the stats of last year
Shri guru ram rai medical college closed at a score of 421 and AIR of 68504.
So you do stand a fait chance.
Regarding procedure, since it happens to be a private college counselling for it will be conducted by the state counselling authorities along with 85% state quota counselling.
