You can choose any course it's your choice but if you want to get seat in top college then there may be a chance of varying branch based on branch cutoffs. As you got 2891 rank in eamcet and also based on your category you may get seat in colleges like
Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam -ECE
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University College of Engineering, Kakinada -ECE,EEE
JNTUA College of Engineering, Anantapur -ECE, CIVIL
